Privacy Policy

This notice describes the English-site preview. It will be reviewed before the public launch and updated when booking and payments are connected.

Contacting Zach

If you use the email-draft option, your name, email, and message remain in the page until you open your email app. You must send the email yourself. The website does not save your draft.

The online contact form sends your name, email address, and message to Formspree, which processes the submission and delivers it to Zach’s Google Workspace inbox. Formspree and Google may retain information according to their service settings and policies. The site’s own hosting does not store a copy of your message.

Hosting and browsing

The website does not add advertising trackers or browser-storage cookies. Hosting providers may process connection information, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the site, and Cloudflare collects website usage statistics. This public preview can be viewed without signing in.

External links

Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube links take you to other services with their own privacy practices. Zach’s welcome video is hosted with this website and does not use a third-party video player.

Booking and payment

Online booking and payment are not connected in this preview. Do not include card details or other sensitive information in a contact message.

Questions about your information

Email zach@cornerstoneenglish.org to ask about a message you have sent or request its deletion. Retention arrangements and the final list of booking and payment services will be confirmed before launch.
